Cranio-Sacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system that comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, is to release restrictions in the system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. By complementing the body's natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction, including: Migraine, Headaches, Chronic Neck and Back Pain, Coordination Impairments, Autism, Scoliosis, Infantile Disorders, Central Nervous System Disorders, Learning Disabilities, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia and other Connective-Tissue Disorders, Stress and Tension-Related Problems, Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome (TMJ), Neurovascular or Immune Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Post-Surgical Dysfunction, Orthopedic Problems, Concussions and Traumatic Brain Injuries

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Therapeutic Massage is a full body customized massage which includes the use of various techniques to include trigger point, deep penetrating hot/cold contrast, deep tissue, and swedish techniques (based upon individual assessment).

Lymphatic Drainage aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort, and strengthened resistance to illness.

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable.

Acupressure - Acupressure uses light to moderate pressure which is applied to acupuncture points with the thumb, fingers, palms, forearms and elbows. Acupressure helps to bring the body into balance.

Thai Massage: "Thai yoga massage" is a traditional healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. The body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked. The recipient wears loose, comfortable clothing and lies on a mat or firm mattress on the floor. The receiver will be positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions during the course of the massage, that is also combined with deep static and rhythmic pressures. The massage generally follows designated lines ("sen") in the body. This may include pulling fingers, toes, ears, cracking knuckles, walking on the recipient's back, and moving the recipient's body into many different positions. There is a standard procedure and rhythm to the massage, which the giver will adjust to fit the receiver

Aromatherapy Addition – uses pure oil extracts such as lavender, chamomile, and peppermint added to your massage oil or cream to calm, revitalize, and rejuvenate your senses and your body.
