Guided Stretch Therapy, Levels 1 and 2
Guided Stretch Therapy (GST) is a specialized bodywork technique performed on a fully clothed individual, that assists with improving stiffness, tightness, decreased range of motion, and pain.
GST is provided by advanced trained licensed or certified health care practitioners such as Nursing Personnel, Personal Trainers, Medical Technicians, Massage Therapists, Acupressure Practitioners, and Reflexology Practitioners, that have been additionally trained and certified in Guided Stretch Therapy.
Guided Stretch Therapy has been proven to enhance:
- Range of Motion
- Flexibility
- Recovery from Injuries
- Recovery from Sports
It slows down the progression of muscle aging, improves the nervous system’s ability to relax, and aides in the ability to get better sleep.
It is all possible due to the myofascial system being entertwined with the sensory receptors within the muscles, that connect to the spinal cord and the brain.
Properly guided static stretching allows the nervous system and muscular system to work in synchronicity.

Professional Continuing Education for Licensed or Certified Massage Therapists/Practitioners
Glymphatic Drainage, Lymphatic Drainage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Tough Therapy/Reiki/Energy Work
Glymphatic Drainage Therapy, 3 CEs
(This course is divided into three modules)
Course Description
Glymphatic Drainage is a hands-on bodywork method that focuses on the head/scalp, face, neck, and clavicle areas of the body. The technique helps remove fluid, toxins, and inflammation from this region, whereby promoting flexibility, increasing circulation, improving skin tone and appearance, and stimulates clarity of thinking, by way of clearing the brain tissues.
In this course the student will learn about the Glymphatic drainage system and the various modalities incorporated in a Glymphatic Drainage session.
The Glymphatic system is the way nutrients and waste are distributed throughout the brain via the lymphatic pathways in the brain and head, which contains Cerebral Spinal Fluid, that transports all the substances in the brain. It connects to the lymphatic system surrounding the skull for elimination.
Distribution of nutrients and removal of waste from the head/scalp, face and neck, can lead to better sleep, improved skin appearance, tone and elasticity. Everyone wants an easy, drugless way to achieve good quality health for the head, face and neck areas. Glymphatic Drainage Therapy is the way to achieve the improved quality of life everyone needs.
There are many benefits to sleeping at least 6 to 7 hours a day, but most importantly the quality of sleep contributes to removal of toxins from the brain.
Removing toxins from the brain promotes:
- Prevention of Alzheimer’s and Dementia
- Healing of Traumatic Brain Injury
- Relief of congestion in the facial sinuses
- Healing of any surgery in the head area
- Stimulate memory, focus and mental clarity
- Improve skin health
The Glymphatic Drainage Therapy incorporates various modalities such as Lymph Drainage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, TCM acupressure, and Ayurvedic acupressure on the head/scalp, face, neck, and clavicle.
This 60 minute session is a very relaxing and cleansing therapy for the whole nervous system and skin. Glymphatic Drainage can be incorporated with facials and massage therapy techniques.
The student will receive a certificate of completion upon submitting a quiz.
Lymphatic Drainage
8 CEs
Lymphatic drainage manual therapy is a specialized body work technique that is provided by advanced trained licensed and registered massage therapists. This therapy applies repetitive pressure at lymph node sites and a stroking technique along lymph vessels that stimulates the movement of lymph fluid. This therapy assists with post surgical swelling and inflammation due to numerous heath complaints such as sinusitis, arthritis, gastritis, back pain, neck pain and more.
Lymphatic Therapy Class
Lymphatic drainage manual therapy is a gentle technique that works through the body’s lymphatic system to activate the body fluid circulation and stimulate the functioning of the immune and parasympathetic nervous systems. The benefits include reductions in edemas, detoxification of the body, regeneration of tissue as well as many other benefits.
Using exacting anatomical science and distinctive manual processes, Lymphatic drainage massage enables practitioners to detect the specific rhythm, direction, depth and quality of the lymph flow anywhere in the body. The practitioner will use their hands to perform work on the vessels to assess overall circulation and determine the best alternate pathways for draining body-fluid stagnations.
Therapists work with flat hands, using all the fingers to simulate gentle, specific wave-like movements. These subtle manual maneuvers activate lymph and interstitial fluid circulation as well as stimulate the functioning of the immune and parasympathetic nervous systems. It is shown that when these actions are accomplished, the results can be:
· Reduction in edemas (swelling) and lymphedemas of various origins
· Detoxification of the body
· Regeneration of tissue, including burns, wounds and wrinkles
· Anti-aging effects
· Relief of numerous chronic and subacute inflammations, including sinusitis, bronchitis and otitis
· Relief of chronic pain
Create another stream of income by networking with Medi spas, Oncology clinics and Physical rehab clinics who are now hiring therapist for Lymphatic Drainage.
The student will be able to:
– Explain the function and location of the lymphatic system.
– Explain the benefits of lymphatic drainage.
– Explain contraindications of lymphatic drainage.
– Perform basic lymphatic drainage massage routine.
Cranial Sacral Therapy, Level 1, 7 CEs
Course Description
This Cranial Sacral Energetic training course is a transformative program which, not only provides comprehensive training as a practitioner, but also enables profound transformation in each participant.
The emphasis throughout is on developing the skills to become an effective and successful practitioner. This also involves a profound exploration of one’s own development as a practitioner and as a human being.

The training is very practical, with approximately two thirds of the course devoted to practical sessions. It also incorporates theoretical understanding of the concepts underlying Cranial Sacral Therapy.
There are no health care licenses required to attend the training.
What is Cranial Sacral Therapy
CST is a holistic healing assessment and technique that uses light pressure and gentle energetic touch to balance the cranium, spine, and sacrum. This is a light to moderate touch therapy performed on a fully clothed individual.
A CST practitioner touches the client with a gentle technique that help the client feel more aligned, and more at home in themselves. Such work can help the client obtain their healing potential.
What to Expect from a Session
During a session, the practitioner will discuss the client’s needs and wishes for the session. CST sessions are hands-on, compassion centered and deeply therapeutic. They are done with the client wearing comfortable clothing and resting on a massage table. Various “holds” and the application of gentle pressure, based on cranial sacral therapy theory, technique, and guided intuition are applied to specific areas of the head, sacrum, and the top of the feet, tuning into the spinal pulse energy. Many clients feel calm and energized immediately after a session.
Course Content
History: Cranial Sacral Energetic Work was originally developed and pioneered by Thomas Attlee, an intuitive healer, who studied quantum science, trauma skills, emotional awareness, profound personal development, mindfulness and a wide range of other resources, to provide a more comprehensive and effective integrated approach. This system has evolved over many years from the inception.
Mindfulness: Mindfulness is an inherent part of the training from start to finish, providing grounding, insight, personal awareness, and interpersonal qualities, that are invaluable both within the therapeutic interaction and in everyday life.
– Mindfulness is being aware of your environment, the clients reaction to it, and your personal feelings, not letting them interfere with the clients healing and intent. Connecting with the positive and letting of the negative.
– Practice grounding to mother earth, by way of putting your feet flat on the ground and envisioning roots coming out of your feet.
Discussion:
– Introduction to Cranial Sacral Therapy
– Cranial Sacral Therapy as energetic work
– Ground yourself
– Create a calm quiet therapeutic presence. This will allow the sensitivity, and the perception that will enable profound engagement with the subtle forces of the Cranial Sacral process
– Cranial Sacral therapy as an integrated treatment session
– The practice of Cranial Sacral Therapy
– Connect with and sense the clients underlying vitality as you work on them, envision sending them positive healing energy – The cerebral spinal pulse waive
– Energetically engage with the systems below the skin: bone, membrane, fascia, fluid, energy field by sensing their presence – Being aware that physical and emotional trauma are at the root of most health issues and being mindful of that
– Identifying: the Occiput (Still Point) and Sacrum
Cranial Sacral Level 2, 7 CEs
Clinical Experience
Students participate in the teaching clinics – an invaluable experience (not provided by many courses) bringing clinical practice to life and providing first hand experience of clinical situations.
See the Cranial Sacral Procedure Document that provides the step by step procedure used during the clinical sessions.
Cranial Sacral Energetic Therapy can be added to many other bodywork methods effectively.
