Cranial Sacral Therapy – CST is a holistic healing assessment and technique that uses light pressure and gentle energetic touch to balance the cranium, spine, and sacral area which includes the nerve ganglion sites, cerebral spinal fluid, and soft tissues of the central nervous system. This therapy helps the spine become more limber and causes cerebral spinal fluid to move more freely thereby balancing the central nervous system. It treats neck pain, headaches, stiffness, back pain, TMJ, sciatica, stress, and more. This is light to moderate touch therapy performed on a fully clothed individual. 60 minute session $125.00

Guided Stretch Therapy (GST)  – GST is a specialized bodywork technique performed on a fully clothed individual, that assists with improving stiffness, reducing tightness, enhancing range of motion, improving flexibility, and reducing pain. Properly guided static stretching allows the nervous system and muscular system to work in synchronicity.

Guided Stretch Therapy has been proven to assist with recovery from injuries and from the soft tissue trauma experienced from exercise, and the participation in sporting events.

GST slows down the progression of muscle aging, improves the nervous system’s ability to relax, and aides in getting a better night’s sleep.  It is all possible due to the myofascial system being entertwined with the sensory receptors within the muscles, that connect to the spinal cord and the brain.  60 minute session $130.00

Chakra Balancing – This is a service in which the energy of the chakras is brought to a well functioning and harmonious state. Balancing consists in establishing sufficient and consistent flow where there is not enough, regulating energy where there’s too much, and aligning where there’s distortion or displacement. This is carried out by using light touch and work in the energy field. Guided Imagery and pendulums may be added by some practitioners. 60 minute session $110.00

Reiki – Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy and flows within and around us and nourishes the organs and cells of our body, supporting them in their vital functions. When the flow of this life force energy is disrupted, it causes diminished function and energetic blockages in the tissues of our physical body, leaving it vulnerable to illness or disease. This method of healing is a gentle, yet powerful, therapy that uses chi (energy) to remove the blockages, restore balance, and empower the body’s natural healing abilities, positively affecting the body-mind-spirit connection on all levels, leading to greater well-being. The practitioner will use a combination of both hands on and off approach working slightly above the body in the client’s energy field. During a session the client relaxes on a massage table, staying fully dressed with their shoes off. 60 minute session $110.00
