Health and Fitness Consultation (60-90 minutes)
The purpose of this appointment is to explain how the program works and to make sure it’s the right fit for you. This includes a review of your medical history, goals, and a series of measurements which together establish a baseline fitness level. This helps guide the development of your individual exercise prescription. Your fitness assessment covers many aspects of your fitness including:
- Muscular strength and endurance
- Cardiovascular endurance
- Flexibility levels
- Posture and balance
Cost: $35.00/session
Note: If you are interested in weight loss, additional measurements and nutrition information will also be offered at no extra cost.
Personal Fitness Training (45 minutes)
Our Personal Fitness program is specifically designed to develop permanent, positive changes to your health, your level of physical fitness and your overall well-being. Following your initial consultation, you will follow an exercise prescription that is customized for you and your needs. This will include a timed warm up, cool down/stretches and a series of recommended exercise that addresses each participant’s goals/needs.
Benefits include but not be limited to:
- Increased endurance, muscular strength and tone
- Improved flexibility and Joint mobility
- Improved self-esteem, sleep habits, and bone density
- Improved cholesterol levels and blood pressure
- Improved energy, weight loss and much more!
Cost: $75.00/session
Nutrition Plan for Weight Loss (15-45 minutes)
You will receive a customized 30-day meal plan that will be designed to give you the best results along with other helpful tools that will make it easier to keep you on track. You can add it to your personal fitness program (for quicker results) or use the nutrition plan separately.
Nutrition Plan Cost: $65.00/session
Personal Fitness Session + Nutrition Plan Cost: $90.00/session
Post Rehab Training (45 minutes)
This is an overall conditioning program combined with a post-surgery rehabilitation. A licensed Physical Therapist will prescribe an exercise routine to facilitate the healing and recovery from an injury.
Combined with that, Amy will also provide you with specific exercises to help you get back to your prior fitness levels or better for overall conditioning.
Cost: $75.00/session
Aquatics Therapy (45 minutes)
This therapy is recommended to those that want adaptable resistance such as isokinetic exercises. The buoyancy (reduced gravity) exercises in the water provides the same benefits that you get on land but with less strain/stress on the joints.

Learn to Swim – Competitive Swimming (stroke) lessons for all ages/levels
Cost: $75.00/session
Sports/Competition Specific Training (45-60minutes)
Do you want to get ready to compete in a specific sport? Then this training program is for you. This is a 12-week program designed for athletes to reach their goals, ranging from increasing speed and power in their specific sport or building lean muscle mass (naturally) for a body building competition. Amy has all the experience and knowledge. She holds four Ms. body building champion titles and was a national collegiate champion and Olympic qualifier in the sprint swimming. This program is for all ages and levels.

Stretch Therapy Session (45 minutes)
Having flexibility is a huge key in regards to living an active life style. Many people know it’s important to do but are not sure on how to perform it correctly or have the time to regularly stretch. Each session consists of a series of specific assisted stretches for the overall body and is designed to targets areas where tension and stiffness may occur the most, such as shoulders, neck, low back and hips. There are many benefits to assisted stretching. These include:
- Improved posture and joint range of motion
- Increased circulation and blood flow
- Enhanced sports performance
- Decreased joint pain due to muscle tightness
- Lowered risk of sports related injury
- Decreased stress and tension
- Relaxed the body and mind

About Amy
Amy has been a recognized professional in the health and fitness field for over 30 years. She holds a B.S. Degree from the University of Maryland in Kinesiology and is certified through such highly respected fitness organizations as the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the American Council of Exercise (ACE). During her career, she has been a fitness director for both commercial and corporate organizations. Amy has successfully worked with clients ranging from cardiac rehab and knee/hip replacement clients to elite competitive collegiate athletes. She is passionate about health/fitness as a path to improving the quality of her clients’ lives. She uses a gentle, compassionate, well-versed approach in dealing with a wide range of physical conditions.
