My experience during the Affect Bridge Hypnotherapy session was transformative. I had tried many other ways to move past the hurt and pain from my past, but it wasn't until In my hypnotherapy session that was I was able to open completely to the events of my past that had shaped my perception of myself. It is a powerful method that allowed me to travel back to my youth, comfort all of my younger selves and vow to honor them and protect them with the understanding that they are still with me as an adult. Knowing that I have this responsibility to take care of all the little me's immediately empowered me. I walked away from a terrible relationship and took time to love me and all my little me's. I continue to do this and continue to strengthen my love for myself daily. My outlook on life is now positive and I attract goodness and good people into my life as a result.
Carol is an amazing practitioner with whom I've experienced tremendous success with. I first sought out Carol for life coaching and management of stress and anxiety. Carol helped me through the tough times with compassionate ears, words of wisdom, and her ability to help me see "the bigger picture". AFTER BEING APPROACHED ABOUT AN ENERGY THERAPY HEALING SESSION WITH CAROL, I CONTEMPLATED FOR A WHILE THEN ACCEPTED WITH ONE THOUGHT IN MIND-ALL HEALING ENERGY IS GOOD ENERGY-LET’S JUST SEE WHAT HAPPENS. NOT KNOWING WHAT TO EXPECT, CAROL SAT DOWN WITH ME AND ASKED WHAT AREAS IN PARTICULAR I WANTED TO FOCUS ON TO WHICH I REPLIED “RELATIONSHIPS, JOB, AND FINANCES.” AS I LAY ON THE TABLE, SHE SENT HEALING ENERGY TO ME VIA HAND TECHNIQUES. AFTER THE HEALING SESSION, I NOTICED A CALMNESS , BUT NOTHING TOO SIGNIFICANT. THE NEXT DAY, I ALMOST FROZE IN MY TRACKS AS I CAME TO THE REALIZATION THAT I NO LONGER HAD A NAGGING PAIN IN MY KNEE FROM A KNEE INJURY THAT OCCURRED TWO MONTHS PRIOR. I GUESS I WAS LEARNING TO “LIVE WITH THE PAIN” WHICH WAS AT TIMES EXCRUCIATING. IT WAS THEN I BEGAN TO APPRECIATE THE GIFT OF HEALING THAT CAROL HAS. TO THIS DAY EVERY NOW AND THEN I STILL GET A “TINGE” IN THAT KNEE (LIKE WHEN THE BUS DRIVER DROVE LIKE A MAD MAN CAUSING THE BUS TO JERK AND SWAY) CAUSING ME TO NEARLY LOSE MY BALANCE. OTHERWISE, I AM STILL PAIN FREE. THANK YOU CAROL FOR THE GIFT OF “LIGHT AND LOVE”
We have seen Carol Richardson only 3 times for Couples Intuitive Life Coaching, and even after the first visit, she made a profound impact on our lives; as a couple, definitely, but as individuals as well. We had been to a traditional couple's counselor, who charged us a lot of money, only to spend 4 sessions asking about our childhoods and then making judgements about us that were way off the mark. In our first session with the gentle, loving, non-judgmental Carol, she helped us see things about ourselves that we had never known before, or didn't know how to express. She was spot-on. She is an incredibly intuitive person, whose gentle energy puts you at ease immediately. Her positive, love-centered, solution-oriented approach is amazing. Carol's work of channeling the energy that can only be received by divine intervention has greatly touched my life and helped to heal my soul. Her compassion and connection with God helped renew my energy and connection with the higher power. Personally I went through very angry periods, where I allowed my resentment to block me from receiving the abundance that God has for me. It was by working with Carol as a healer and friend that I was able to see that I needed to trust God and get out of my own way. During one particular Reiki therapy session the energy that she was channeling was so powerful, I felt as if my body weighed about 1000 pounds.
