I had tried many other ways to move past the hurt and pain from my past, but it wasn't until In my hypnotherapy session that was I was able to open completely to the events of my past that had shaped my perception of myself. "AFTER BEING APPROACHED ABOUT AN ENERGY THERAPY HEALING SESSION WITH CAROL, I CONTEMPLATED FOR A WHILE THEN ACCEPTED WITH ONE THOUGHT IN MIND-ALL HEALING ENERGY IS GOOD ENERGY-LET’S JUST SEE WHAT HAPPENS. NOT KNOWING WHAT TO EXPECT, CAROL SAT DOWN WITH ME AND ASKED WHAT AREAS IN PARTICULAR I WANTED TO FOCUS ON TO WHICH I REPLIED “RELATIONSHIPS, JOB, AND FINANCES.” AS I LAY ON THE TABLE, SHE SENT HEALING ENERGY TO ME VIA HAND TECHNIQUES. AFTER THE HEALING SESSION, I NOTICED A CALMNESS , BUT NOTHING TOO SIGNIFICANT.
