When I feel stressed out or have a problem sleeping David has done a therapy session for me that is a form of energy work. The session included Reiki energy with some acupressure points included. The therapy session was wonderful. He has a very gentle touch and his energy is strong. He also has a calming relaxing voice which also helps you relax.
