As a functional nutrition coach, I am not simply focused on nutrition for general health. Instead I focus on using food, supplements and lifestyle modifications as the therapeutic agents to  improve how various body systems and organs are working. Healing on this deep level Is what allows for resolution of chronic symptoms.

Natural Wellness Evaluation: This evaluation is a comprehensive study of the human body using observation skills from the Orient and Europe. It is a preventative approach focusing on organ system efficiency and cleansing. For each client the exam consists of a combination of alternative modalities; Iridology, Tongue analysis, Facial Observation, Pulse analysis, a Japanese Hara technique. Remedy testing, and Natural Treatment plan recommendations.

Reflexology – The principles of reflexology embody techniques designed to keep the body’s systems operating at peak efficiency. Providing gentle pressure along points in the feet can help achieve balance in the body by normalizing the function of the internal organs and stimulating the body’s natural healing process.

Functional Nutrition Premier Case Review In this review a health intake form is filled out, functional nutrition matrix completed, functional nutrition timeline set, food mood and elimination journal initiated, and an action form is started. In this session, the client fills out the health history and their health goals are discussed. With the premier case review the practitioner will get to know the clients, discuss their health challenges and goals, and then they will receive their starter kit, which includes the health history forms, food, mood and elimination journal, supplement tracker form, functional nutrition Matrix form, Functional nutrition timeline form, lab tracker results form, supplement tracker, sleep assessment form, and the action form.  Upon initial assessment lab work will be requested from your Medical Doctor in order to be reviewed based upon a functional nutrition perspective.

Functional Nutrition 3 Month Package

Includes:

1. A 60 – 90 minutes comprehensive case review and your Functional Nutrition Starter kit.
2. A detailed review of your health history and current signs and symptoms.
3. An analysis of your current diet including a 3-5 day food, poop journal.
4. Upon initial assessment lab work will be requested from your Medical Doctor in order to be reviewed based upon a functional nutrition perspective. A review of this lab work will be completed including creation of a lab

    tracker for comparison over time.

1. An individualized action steps protocol outlining your nutrition, supplements and lifestyle

    action steps that we agree on during the session.

1. A copy of your personalized Functional Nutrition Matrix, which is a one page visual

 representation of your signs and symptoms organized by body systems.

1. A copy of your Functional Nutrition Timeline that I created during our first session.

      3- Follow- up sessions over the course of 3 months.

In this sessions, l’ll take you through the steps of my healing with my nutrition methodology.

We’ll eliminate obstacles to healing, restore function in your body systems and optimize your

diet and lifestyle factors.

– Follow-up consultations are a 1- hour and include an action steps protocol, along with

 -additional supporting materials such as recipes as needed.
