As both a preventative and therapeutic technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort, and strengthened resistance to illness. $130.00 for a 60 minute session.

Cranial Sacral Therapy - CST is a holistic healing assessment and technique that uses light pressure and gentle energetic touch to balance the cranium, spine, and sacral area which includes the nerve ganglion sites, cerebral spinal fluid, and soft tissues of the central nervous system. This therapy helps the spine become more limber and causes cerebral spinal fluid to move more freely thereby balancing the central nervous system. It treats neck pain, headaches, stiffness, back pain, TMJ, sciatica, stress, and more. This is light to moderate touch therapy performed on a fully clothed individual.

CST is known for its ability to help a variety of physical and emotional issues, such as depression, PMS, anxiety, fibromyalgia, sinus issues, whiplash, birth trauma, and various issues relating to the head, neck, spine, pelvis and the entire body. It is both a physiological as well as energetic based system. 60 minute session $125.00

Organ Flushing - It is a specialized body work technique that is provided by advanced trained licensed/certified practitioners. This therapy applies gentle pressure and gliding strokes to assist with toxin removal from the lymphatic system, soft tissue, the liver, kidneys, intestines, stomach, adrenals, bladder, gallbladder, and spleen. In this session the practitioner uses specialized bodywork techniques at the collar bone region, on the arms, legs, feet, and abdomen. With this technique the therapist assists with toxin removal from the whole body. It also assists with swelling, edema, pain, full feeling in head, arthritis, gastritis, sinusitis, discomfort from cancer symptoms, and more…. 60 minute session $130.00

Glymphatic Drainage of Head – This is a method that uses a combination of lymphatic drainage techniques, cranial sacral therapy techniques, and Chinese and /or Ayurvedic pressure points in the head and neck region, in order to reduce swelling, brain fog, facial and head pain, decrease congestion, and flush the Glymphatic System of the brain. 60 minute session $130.00

Guided Stretch Therapy (GST)  – GST is a specialized bodywork technique performed on a fully clothed individual, that assists with improving stiffness, reducing tightness, enhancing range of motion, improving flexibility, and reducing pain. Properly guided static stretching allows the nervous system and muscular system to work in synchronicity.

Guided Stretch Therapy has been proven to assist with recovery from injuries and from the soft tissue trauma experienced from exercise, and the participation in sporting events.

GST slows down the progression of muscle aging, improves the nervous system’s ability to relax, and aides in getting a better night’s sleep.  It is all possible due to the myofascial system being entertwined with the sensory receptors within the muscles, that connect to the spinal cord and the brain.  60 minute session $130.00

Combination Therapy – is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork that combines lymph drainage, cranial sacral therapy, and Glymphatic Drainage. It helps the body improve its circulation and flexibility as well as reducing inflammation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility. $130.00 for a 60 minute session
