Romunda has successfully assisted hundreds of clients worldwide to enhance their quality of life and has served as an Ambassador of Health for over Twenty years. Romunda holds a Doctorate Degree in Leadership, is Certified as a Health Minister, and was an educator for numerous Senior Wellness Centers in the District of Columbia.

Colon Irrigation: Romunda offers the true and original form of colon hydrotherapy that dates back to the Egyptian time period. It is a form of lower bowel cleansing. Holistic Colon Irrigation is one of the oldest known health procedures. Colon therapy is the beginning step in a process of detoxifying the body of food additives, preservatives, bacteria and viruses, all of which diminish the body’s ability to function. 

With Holistic Colon Irrigation, your sense of well being is often dramatically improved.

If you do not have a bowel movement from two to three times per day, then it is important to stimulate the system. Colon cleansing practitioners believe that you should have one bowel movement for each meal you eat. 

The importance of keeping our body clean inside, as well as out cannot be over emphasized. It will be difficult to secure good health when your system is sluggish. Your bodies systems can not be flushed out appropriately, if the main drain (your colon) is sluggish or plugged up. With unhealthy colons, there can be encrusted fecal matter and worms, as well as impaction. 

Colon Irrigation will not only tell you if you have parasites but will also help to remove them. Some symptoms of parasites can include restless sleeping, fatigue, poor assimilation and absorption of nutrients, food cravings (especially for sugars and breads), as well as an inability to feel satisfied after a large meal.

It does not expose the client to incompatible electrical fields or water pressure that may be too forceful for some clients. The practitioner controls the maximum amount of water that is introduced into the colon, thereby preventing electrolyte or pH imbalances that can occur with other methods, that do not regulate water quantity. 

Romunda uses water that is temperature regulated, to best suit the client’s colon cleansing needs. The Institute has successfully treated clients with constipation, parasites, and sluggish digestion.  

Contraindications to colon irrigation include congestive heart failure, intestinal perforation, carcinoma of the rectum, fissures or fistula, severe hemorrhoids, abdominal hernia, renal insufficiency, recent colon or rectal surgery, cirrhosis of the liver, and first and last trimester of pregnancy. 

All of Romunda’s Colon Irrigation Sessions are done personally for you in your Home. This provides a seamless, comfortable experience for you, when your are close to your own personal restroom for elimination. After a session clients tend to have multiple bowel movements, so whereby, there is no worry about having the urge to eliminate, when driving home from a session. You will be in your own environment with the restroom in close proximity.   

Home Visit Fee for Colon Irrigation: $185 per session, for clients in the DC Metro area, which includes Washington, D.C., and portions of Maryland and Virginia. An additional fee may need to be added, all depending upon the distance needed to travel to your home. 

Reflexology: The principles of reflexology embody techniques designed to keep the body’s systems operating at peak efficiency. Providing gentle pressure along points in the feet can help achieve balance in the body by normalizing the function of the internal organs and stimulating the body’s natural healing process. $120.00 for a one-hour session, when seen at the Cleveland Park office in DC. 

Ion-Cleanse Detox Foot Bath: The Ion-cleanse foot bath provides a whole body detoxification therapy session. The session removes toxins from the body through the feet. The unit produces positive and negative ions. These ions cause impurities to be eliminated through the pores of the feet. It works through the process of osmosis. $95.00 per session, when seen at the Cleveland Park office in DC. 

Reiki: Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy and flows within and around us and nourishes the organs and cells of our body, supporting them in their vital functions. When the flow of this life force energy is disrupted, it causes diminished function and energetic blockages in the tissues of our physical body, leaving it vulnerable to illness or disease.
