Everyone experiences stressful events. Each person’s capabilities to manage stress is different. Humans have glands, systems, and organs that help us manage our life circumstances. If these organs are not functioning to capacity illness may occur. In the natural health exam areas of weaknesses in relationship to the stress response are identified based upon organ system function and efficiency. Illnesses that are related to stress can be: fatigue (adrenal exhaustion), headaches, chronic muscle pain, anxiety, depression, recurrent colds, insomnia, weight gain, hair loss, skin conditions, hormonal imbalances, and many more.
Stress Adaptive Natural Health Exam: This exam is a comprehensive study of the human body using observation skills from the Orient and Europe. It is a preventative approach focusing on organ system efficiency and cleansing. For each client the exam consists of a combination of alternative modalities; Iridology, Tongue analysis, Facial Observation, Pulse analysis, a Japanese Hara technique, Remedy testing, Muscle testing, Bio-feedback testing, and Natural Treatment plan recommendations.
Treatment options: Once imbalances are determined we can select the treatment plan in order to reduce or eliminate the complaint. Some of the treatment options to support glands (adrenals, thyroid, pancreas) and organs are homeopathic remedies, herbal products, amino acid formulations, manual therapy (bodywork), Acupuncture, nutritional counseling, Reiki healing, and Chakra Balancing.
